We are mobilising the masses!

We are set to make history, in more ways than one. History by becoming the largest class action in the nation’s history, (only behind the bank fees class action which was all about money) and history by forcing our governments to finally listen to its people.

Despite our cries for help, our governments continue to deny us our basic human rights while they persist with their mismanagement of this pandemic. Their sledgehammer approach continues to do more harm than good.

We hoped the business community would get behind you all, but they have largely forsaken us in the slim hopes of compensation. And so this class action is overwhelmingly becoming a movement for the honest, hard-working Australian individuals, standing up in droves for positive change.

In just 3 weeks around 90,000 people have come to our site and mobilised nearly 5400 people to submit their stories.

We have finalised our legal brief which is now with our Barristers who have impeccable experience in public law and administration.
